Production & Shipping

Many Atelier Leurent pieces are made to order.

Estimated crafting times:

  • Standard pieces: approximately 4–6 weeks

  • Custom or bespoke pieces: timeline agreed individually

If you require a piece for a specific date, please contact us before placing your order.

Shipping

Orders are shipped via registered and insured delivery services. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number.

Shipping times (after production):

  • EU: approximately 2–7 business days

  • Outside EU: approximately 5–14 business days

Shipping prices:

  • National Orders (The Netherlands): Standard delivery via PostNL - €15

  • Within the EU: Standard delivery via UPS - €25

  • Outside the EU: Standard delivery via UPS - €40

  • The US: Standard delivery via UPS - €70

Please note that customs procedures may cause delays beyond our control.

 

 

Duties, Taxes & Customs

For orders outside the EU, import duties, VAT, and customs fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations.

These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Atelier Leurent cannot predict or influence customs procedures or fees.

If a parcel is returned because it was not claimed or customs charges were refused, we reserve the right to deduct shipping and administrative costs from any refund.

 

 

Incorrect Address & Unclaimed Packages

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout.

If a parcel is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Failure to collect

  • Refused customs payment

Reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
