Handmade & Unique Creations
Every piece by Atelier Leurent is handcrafted with care and precision. Due to the artisanal nature of our work, subtle variations in finish, stone placement, texture, or detailing may occur. These differences are inherent to handmade jewellery and contribute to the individuality of each creation.
Product images on the website serve as an indication; slight deviations from photographs or sketches are possible.

Jewellery Care
Atelier Leurent jewellery is delicate and designed to be worn with care.
To preserve its beauty:
-
Avoid exposure to chlorine, saltwater, perfumes, cosmetics, and cleaning agents
-
Remove jewellery before swimming, exercising, or visiting saunas
-
Avoid contact with hard surfaces
-
Store separately, ideally in the original box or a soft pouch
Over time, natural wear and subtle surface changes may occur. This is normal.
For cleaning:
-
Use a soft microfiber cloth
-
For non-plated pieces, lukewarm water with mild soap and a soft brush may be used
If needed, we offer professional cleaning, re-coating, and maintenance services upon request.
Repairs & Resizing
If your piece requires repair or resizing, please contact us with a description and, if possible, photos.
Each request is assessed individually. We will inform you of:

The warranty does not cover:
-
Damage caused by misuse or improper care
-
Normal wear and tear
-
Loss of stones or components due to impact or external factors
-
Repairs or modifications done by others than Atelier Leurent
If a defect appears within a reasonable period and is not caused by misuse, please contact us so we can assess an appropriate solution.
